Our 30 day online self guided program is available now
The course has a combination of video, audio recordings and reading material. You can access everything through your login page or on the a mobile app. Every few days throughout the course, you will receive an email whenever further content has been made available.
There is no set time that you can expect to see results. Some of our clients have felt improvements after one week. Our evidence based research suggests that behavioural change can be achieved after 3-4 weeks. However, this will depend on how motivated you are to follow some of the recommendations we provide during the course.

There will be a few different pricing options depending on what suits your needs. 

1) Pay per week (4 payments)
2) If you sign up to the full 4 weeks, we are currently offering an exclusive 30% discount deal to our waitlist.
3) Our third option includes all course materials and an individual sleep coaching session with Dr Facer-Childs (contact us for a quote).

In addition to the course, you get an individual assessment and personalised report on your sleep health, body clocks and personality type (worth $150).
