When is the next course being released?
The program is available now and you can start immediately after enrolment. Sessions are released progressively over 30 days, giving you time to apply what you learn before moving on.
How will course materials be delivered?
The program is delivered entirely online through your personal dashboard. Each module includes video sessions with Dr Facer-Childs, written content, guided mindfulness audio practices, and downloadable resources. New sessions unlock progressively throughout the 30 days, and you’ll receive an email notification each time new content becomes available.
How quickly can I expect results?
Results vary between individuals, but many of our participants notice improvements within the first week. The evidence behind this program suggests meaningful behavioural change typically takes three to four weeks of consistent practice, which is exactly why the program is designed the way it is. The more consistently you engage with the content and apply the strategies, the greater the results.
