Who is the coach?
Dr Facer-Childs is an international expert in the field of sleep, biological rhythms and performance. She has a PhD in sleep psychology, and has worked with elite athletes, team and organisations across the globe to help maximise productivity and performance.
She is also an accredited mindfulness teacher and has training in psychological techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT for insomnia and motivational interviewing.

There is no set time that you can expect to see results. Some of our clients have felt improvements after one week. Our evidence based research suggests that behavioural change can be achieved after 3-4 weeks.
